Taylor is a Remedial Massage Therapist and Movement Specialist with over a decade of experience in the health, fitness, and wellness industry. Her background began in the performing arts, training as a professional dancer from the age of three and later performing in musicals and cabarets across Adelaide and Sydney. This lifelong connection to movement has shaped her deep understanding of body mechanics, posture, and the connection between physical and emotional wellbeing.

She went on to complete her Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy at the Australian Institute of Fitness and continues to expand her skills through ongoing professional development in Dry Needling, Cupping, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Craniosacral Therapy, Buccal Facial Massage, TMJ treatments, Pregnancy Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, and Indian Head Massage. Alongside her clinical work, Taylor is a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher, Barre Instructor, and holds a Bachelor of Music in Theatre. She also gently weaves subtle energetic awareness into her treatments, creating a calm, grounded space for clients to soften, release, and reconnect.

Taylor takes a highly individualised approach to care, beginning each session with a thoughtful conversation and health history to understand lifestyle, stress patterns, and movement habits. Her treatments blend clinical precision with a calm, nurturing presence, supporting both physical release and nervous system regulation. Clients are guided to slow down, connect with their breath, and allow tension to soften in a supported way.

She works with a wide range of concerns including muscular tension, headaches and migraines, jaw and TMJ dysfunction, postural strain, back and hip discomfort, stress, burnout, fatigue, and lymphatic congestion, as well as pregnancy support and recovery from physical activity.

Working with Taylor feels grounding and restorative. Clients often leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to themselves after being fully supported in a space that allows them to pause, breathe, and reset.
