Grounding, supportive, and quietly strengthening, this slower-paced class gives you the time and space to fully experience each posture.
With a strong focus on breath and nervous system regulation, you’ll be guided to soften into each position while building strength and awareness. Each class is beginner-friendly and non-judgemental, with options and modifications to suit your body.
Expect to leave feeling calmer, more connected, and at ease in your body.
Wednesday 6:30pm
A dynamic blend of strength and stillness, Pulse & Pause combines higher-energy, pulsing movements inspired by barre and Pilates with intentional moments of rest and reset.
You’ll work through targeted sections of the body to build strength, control, and resilience, before slowing down with stretch and breathwork to regulate your nervous system.
This is a more active class designed to challenge the body while teaching you how to come back to calm.
