Buccal Facial Massage

Buccal facial massage is a specialised technique performed both inside and outside the mouth to target the deeper muscles of the face and jaw. This approach helps release physical tension, improve circulation, and support lymphatic drainage, while also addressing areas where emotional stress is commonly stored within the face, jaw, and head.

The treatment includes massage to the face, scalp, neck and shoulders using Unscripted by Tones face oil
Buccal (intraoral) massage working on the intricate muscles of the face, including Gua Sha, Lymphatic Drainage and Acupressure using Organic Skin Australia products.

By working on these deeper structures, Buccal Facial Massage can assist to:

  • relieve jaw discomfort from TMJ syndrome

  • reduce headaches

  • reduce sinus pressure

  • restore balance to the muscles of the face

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Myofascial lymphatic drainage is a gentle and effective manual therapy technique that focuses on improving the circulation of the lymphatic system. This specialised form of massage targets the lymphatic vessels and nodes, helping to reduce swelling, detoxify the body, and promote overall healing.

By using light pressure and rhythmic movements along the body's fascia, myofascial lymphatic drainage aims to:

  • enhance the removal of waste and toxins from the tissues

  • leading to improved immune function

  • a sense of deep relaxation

This treatment can be particularly beneficial for individuals dealing with lymphedema, post-operative swelling, or those looking to support their body's natural detoxification processes.
